I know that seeing a new stylist can feel overwhelming and you’ve probably got quite a few questions. I want to set you up for massive success so here are some of the most commonly asked questions my new clients usually have:

  • Where is the salon?

    I’m inside Phenix Salon Suites, Room 103. The building is at 530 E Golf Rd, Schaumburg IL 60173, in the same strip as David’s Bridal.

  • How do i find your suite?

    When you enter Phenix Salon Suites you will turn left and look for room 103 - that’s where you’ll find Haus Of Posh.

  • Where should i park?

    Free parking is available in the lot right outside the building.

  • How will i know how much this will cost?

    All of my prices are listed on my website or my booking site. There are no hidden fees. The only time your pricing would change is if you change your services during our consultation.

  • How do i cancel or reschedule my appointment?

    Should you need to cancel or reschedule you can do so through my booking page where you first made the appointment. You can always follow the email or text confirmation you received when first making the appointment.

  • What's your re-do policy?

    If you are ever unsatisfied with your hair, please let me know within 7 days so I can get you back in for a complimentary adjustment. Due to the artistic nature of my services, I do not offer refunds of any kind. Please note, adjustments are only offered on services that were agreed upon and delivered as requested. If you changed your mind on what you originally wanted, you will need to rebook an additional appointment to make changes.

  • Payment Methods

    All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, PayPal & Cash are accepted.
